MOMMY TO BE
A fitness dance class perfectly suited for both moms to be and new moms - baby wearing welcomed! It’s a great way to have fun and stay fit throughout all stages or bind through dance and music with your new little one. No previous experience needed. Come dance with us and celebrate.
Warriors will do obstacle style courses, compete against our own times, and support each other as a team. This class will focus on strength, speed and stamina. Most importantly our Ninja team will have fun!
Get a competitive edge with a bend of body weight, resistance and aerobic drills to improve agility, speed, power, endurance and overall performance in your sport.
Burn fat and blast calories with H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) a mix of cardio weighted and body weight exercises to get you fit fast.

Dance and music are a great way to connect with your baby. Introduce them to a world of music, movement, and dance as they make new friends and learn about the world around them.
Fun with Friends
Each fun filled class will include a story, craft, coloring page and activity all based on a common theme for that particular day. Whether we are "Under the Sea" or "In Outer Space", we are sure to be having "Fun with Friends".
