The Emerging Artists program at Back Stage Dance Center is designed for teen dancers ready to continue strengthening their technique, artistry, confidence, and independence in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Located in Killingworth, Connecticut, our advanced youth dance program serves dancers from Clinton, Madison, Westbrook, Essex, Deep River, Old Saybrook, Guilford, and communities across the Connecticut Shoreline.

Advanced Dance Training for Teen Dancers

Our Emerging Artists dancers continue developing strong technical skills while working toward greater confidence, versatility, and self-expression.

We emphasize technique refinement, performance quality, confidence building, creativity, artistry, independent learning, improvisation, and teamwork. This stage encourages dancers to take ownership of their progress while continuing to grow in a supportive and motivating environment.
