The Back Stage Dance Center Dance Team offers passionate dancers the opportunity to train in a focused, fast-paced, and supportive environment designed to help students grow both technically and personally.
Located in Killingworth, Connecticut, our competitive dance team serves dancers and families from Clinton, Madison, Westbrook, Essex, Deep River, Old Saybrook, Guilford, and communities across the Connecticut Shoreline.

Dance Team members train in a wide range of styles including ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, acro, theater arts, and pointe.

Performance & Competition Opportunities
BSDC Dance Team members participate in regional competitions, studio performances, team choreography, advanced training sessions, and performance development experiences.
