Michelle Cretella Soliwoda, has her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Quinnipiac College.
She is Co-Artist Director of Back Stage Dance Center, LLC & is also on the faculty of Cooperative Performing Arts & Humanities High School, New Haven and Park and Recreation, North Haven. She is proud to have been trained at Dancer's Studio, North Haven, beginning at the age of three. Michelle is a master teacher and continues to judge competitions and auditions throughout the United States.
Michelle is USGA safety certified and is a nationally certified member & examiner of Dance Masters of America. Michelle is an active member and resides on the Board of Directors of both DMA chapter 26 and 18. Each summer she returns to the State University of New York at Buffalo for the Dance Master's of America Teacher's Training School Program. She has successfully completed levels one and two and looks forward to completing level three this summer.
Michelle believes strongly in professionals continuing their education; she attends classes at Broadway Dance Center, DMA Masters Classes and attends the Dance Masters of America National Convention.
