DRESS CODE– Students should be dressed properly in order to receive proper guidance from the instructor. This policy is important for the safety and education of the student.  Please read carefully and contact us with any questions or concerns.



  • HAIR must be up: i.e. (pony tail, braids, buns). Short hair should be pulled up off the face as much as possible.


  • TIGHTS must always be worn. Tights help to warm up muscles and protect the dancers legs and feet.


  • LEOTARD may be whatever sleeve length the dancer is comfortable in. Unitards are also acceptable.


  • BOYS should wear shorts/sweats and t-shirt



Jazz & Hip Hop: SoDanca – Jazz Slip-on Gore Boot – color: carmel

Ballet: Pink Leather Ballet Slippers (any brand)

Modern, Lyric, Acrobatics: Bare Feet

Tap 9-11 and 12&Up: Bloch “Tap-Ons” S0302L or G, Color Tan

Costumes will be ordered the first week in December, in order to assure availability of sizes and prompt arrival. Your costume payment will be spread out over three months (October, November & December). Final costume payments must be received by December 1, 2013. Costumes not paid in full will not be ordered.
