Cathy was a competitive gymnast from eight years old through high school. She taught gymnastics for many years at Girls Club's, YMCA's, Girl Scout camps and Park and Recreation programs.
She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, her Elementary Educators Certificate from St. Joseph College in West Hartford, and her Master's Degree in Reading/Language Arts from Western Connecticut State University in Danbury.
She was a substitute teacher for several Danbury area townships before becoming a full time 5th grade teacher in New Fairfield. She then put her teaching career on hold to raise her three little dancers here in Killingworth!
